A sweet temptation for a lovely summer’s day. Indulge in the aroma of amaretto and coffee.
Ingredients
1 espresso (50 ml)
10 ml amaretto
10 ml amaretto syrup
1 ½ tsp cream
5 ice cubes
Preparation
Put the amaretto, amaretto syrup, cream and ice cubes into a shaker. Prepare the espresso and let it flow straight into the shaker over the ice. Shake for a few seconds. Pour the specialty coffee into a martini glass and serve.
