After reviewing dozens of espresso machines over the years, the Nespresso Essenza Mini truly surprised me with its compact yet mighty performance. This petite pod machine packs a punch of flavor and ease into a footprint smaller than a sheet of letter paper. It is the smallest and most affordable nespresso machine, but it doesn't compromise on quality or taste. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to love.
Measuring only 4.3 x 8 x 12.8 inches and weighing under 8 pounds, the Essenza Mini is perfect for tight countertops and quick morning brews. It has got two buttons, one for espresso (0.84 oz) and the other for the lungo (1.35 oz). All you do is that you simply fill the removable water tank with clean water, insert one Nespresso capsule of your choice, press the button, and that's it! Your get your coffee in under 30 seconds. And despite its diminutive stature, it still features a 19-bar aluminum pump capable of extracting rich crema from Nespresso capsules. Crema city! The espresso oozes from the spout with thick yet even crema coating the surface - a telltale sign of a proper extraction.
With more than 30 Nespresso flavors to select from, you'll never tire of the flavor combinations and flavor spectrum from mild to strong, from fruity to nutty, from light to dark. And cleaning is more than super easy with the detachable water tank and drip tray that are dishwasher safe.
The Nespresso Essenza Mini makes excellent-tasting espresso and crema in an extremely adorable machine that is perfect for small spaces and quick morning cups. If you value simplicity, variety and quality espresso over a tangle of buttons and menus, the pint-sized Essenza Mini may just earn a permanent place on your countertop.
