Wolf Gourmet is the Robocop of coffee makers, my mission today is to let you know what I found out after I put this bad boy through its paces in my own kitchen for a full week.
Let's get down to basics. You start the brewing process by adding ground coffee to the filter. Water is brought to your selected temperature, as high as 205°F, and then the Wolf Gourmet circulates hot water through the grounds to extract the flavor. The Wolf Gourmet will brew a single serving or as many as 10 cups at once. Its designer carafe kept my coffee hot for over an hour without sacrificing flavor. Controls are simple and intuitive, with programmable functions pre-set by the factory for gourmet coffee.
The result? Bold, tasty coffee at your command any time of day or night.
The modern design of the Wolf Coffee Makers will blend into any kitchen interior. Black or silver panels house a sturdy but surprisingly small appliance. This coffee maker takes up very little counter space, measuring 11 inches wide and 10 inches deep.
I was taken aback at the ease of use of the Wolf Gourmet. Just power up with the side button and choose your drink. Programmable features allow for choosing coffee strength from mild to strong, along with the ideal brew time and temperature for the specific type of roast. This reproducibility let me dial in my ideal brew. Consistency is one of the traits of commercial machines, and the Wolf Gourmet delivered this.
Finally, the outstanding yield, versatility and ease of use of the Wolf Gourmet Coffee Maker are more than handy to me. If you truly value consistency, convenience and cafe-quality in your morning cup, this machine could very well be life-changing.
